Miles' extensive knowledge, acoustics and sound proofing combined with his desire to make the artists and musicians comfortable has been put to use at Creation Recording Studios, Gordie Knutsen's Knutone recorders in Minneapolis, Nashville studios for Wren Song Music Publishing, CBC Music Publishing, SBK Music Publishing, and EMI Publishing. 

His latest project was the design and installation of a elaborate home studio for famed singer/songwriter Darrell Scott.  Virtually every room in Darrell's new home has mic and headphone lines that route to the basement studio. When not in use you would never know they were there.

He has also done design work for several live music venues, businesses, and
churches in the greater Nashville area.
